part 4. the special ability (working hard)

then i imagined a succesfull man is a man with great idea, have extra ability to catch a possibility into a succesfulll business. in other hand, a failure man is a lazy man, don't thin so much about himself and his future. thet's why he don't success. but as a more adult, i realize that it's not simple as that. in some case, rich person look so easy to get his wealth because of very much inheritance from his father or even from his grandfather. in other side, many people get work from 6 am to 6 pm but only can afford basic life utilities and maybe a little deposit bank. in this case, my early definition, "rich" is super human , better then average human, and poor is a ordinary or lazy person, not work anymore. so i need something new to try connect all people, no matter what status he have.

as i grow, i see only because you have many inheritance, doesn't straightly means you are a wealthy or expand your asset. many people, born from wealth family but fail to continue the company. so even you are born in wealthy family, you still need to get harwork for growing your asset. (note: this is my assumption, very make sense i make mistake as my assumption initially). in other hand, maybe poor (or mid level) people worked 12 hours a day but can't afford a proper retirement asset. so my defenition and my point of  view a little change, from "how to be succesfull" to "how to working hard". because even you have 2 times more work hour from average people, doesn't insurance you gonna be as wealth as people who has inheritance.

maybe our main responsibility as human isn't to get success in life, but to go working hard. working hard itself have many definition, not only by body capability. but working hard means continious effort to get more achievement, continous looking for any better option, continious effort to think and think again how to have better life quality. life quality itself not only about finance (of course finance stability is the very important aspects), but also social life, contributing to the society, religion life, and may life aspects. so to be clear, never samlling life quality in finance aspect only.

hard work itself isn't a guarantee. i think our life always has "gamble" aspect. near to zero case where the probability is 1. also including hard work. working hard never guarantee to become wealth, it's not even have very big contribute to become wealth i think. it's only the gate, the key that all of humans should have no matter how his financial status. the more inportant think after getting working hard is "gamble in the right position and right time". many person have lesser hard working because he working hard in the right space and in the right time. yes, that's 4 aspect that everyone should have i think, working hard, gamble mentality on working hard he did, right positioning and place, and in the right time. time always find people that match for it, but any person maybe not born in the right time.
