part 12. Civil engineer role in oil industry

 in oil industry, key role is chemical engineer because it's really include chemical reaction to extract oil from bottom of earth. especially in race on product innovation, they rely on scintist pruductivity in their mega lab. even now the world have ask to move from oil dependency to more green energy source, the race of oil still play a key role because it's become major power source of the world for decades.

but they are not only need chemical laboran, oil industry also need many civil engineer because they need to build "super complex" structure in the sea. that complex digging structure have many challange, so every oil company need a very reliable civil engineer. because no matter a company have a very advanced technology of digging, at the end it's rely on robustnes structure in the field. 

i see many person that atleast have 7 years experience in oil structure is targeted many dompanies. they pay big amount of money to secure best civil engineer. because better engineer they have, they can expansion more efficient and still meet  the high safety standar.
