part 16. EU has watered down its plan on 100% electric cars by 2035

 EU committed to not use conventional car by 2035, and use electrical cars 100% instead. but, car manufacturer, particularly from german, do a heavy lobby to weaking its plan, and the result is EU has watered down, and change its plan to use 90% electric cars by 2035, others 10% is hybrid cars and conventional cars.

professional in UK have warned that because EU change its plan, does not mean UK also change its plan follow EU policy. many professionals said, if UK change its plan to remove conventional cars by 2030, it'll gonna hurt big amount of many that invested in green car ecosystem, from electric cars manufacturer, investors, and supply-chain. that's gonna send a strong warning to them.
